Repaying your Loan
There are a number of ways to pay your loan. All of our customers are initially set up on a Direct Debit. Other payment methods that are available include our free 24-hour payment line, online or even by text.
We automatically set up Direct Debit for you when your loan application is successful.

If you have cancelled your Direct Debit and would like to set one up again, simply call us on 0208 080 6450.

If you are unable to pay by monthly Direct Debit, here are some alternative ways to make a payment

Payments made via this method are applied to your account on the same day.
Make a secure online payment at a time convenient to you. You'll need to log in to your online account.
Payments made via this method are applied to your account within 3-5 working days.
What you can expect if you call or speak to us
We’ll automatically apply additional payments to your loan as early payments for future instalments. If you would like to these payments to be applied as an early repayment, which will reduce your overall loan interest, then let us know. This would result in your repayments being reduced for the rest of your loan, and you’ll save interest on the money paid back early.
Yes – your Direct Debit will always take your payment, so please bear that in mind when making additional payments. If you need to make a change to your Direct Debit, please call us on 0208 080 6450.
Yes – we’ll send you a payment reminder by text approximately 5 days before your payment is due.
If you make a payment by debit card or bank transfer, it will be applied to your account the same day. It can take up to 5 working days for payments by cheque to be cleared on to your account.
Unfortunately we’re not able to take credit card payments as repayments on your loan.
Yes. Just send a cheque written out to ‘Oakbrook Finance’ to our address along with your name, your address and Likely Loan account reference number.
If you Direct Debit fails then we’ll attempted to take your payment again within 3-5 working days. If unsuccessful for a second time, then you will need to make your payment manually using one of the methods listed above
